At WildBird, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address for you to print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
